Wyatt Wilson Miles

GySgt Wyatt Wilson ""Boss"" Miles, Jr., USMC, Ret., age 78, of Saucier, passed away on June 6, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his 2nd wife, June ""Midget"" Miles.
Survivors include his first wife, Theresa Miles, his children, Rusty (Jackie) Miles, Holley (Harry) Jarocki, Susan Prendergrast, Anna Marie (Freddie) Bond, Teresa (Phillip) Holland, and Paul (Carol) Wyrosdick, his brothers and sisters, Ed, Reuben, Perry, Harold, Gerald, Edna, Catherine and Sarah, 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
He retired from the USMC after 21 years serving 2 tours in Vietnam and was awarded 3 Purple Hearts and 2 Bronze Stars as a combat veteran. Mr. Miles later worked for Dairy Fresh and he enjoyed fishing.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 8, 2016, from 6 - 8 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. The funeral service will be at 10 am Thursday in the funeral home chapel where friends may visit from 9 - 10 am. Burial will be in Rouse Cemetery.
