Wilma Offutt

Wilma Jean Offutt, age 90, of Gulfport passed away on August 28, 2020 in Gulfport.

Mrs. Offutt was a native of West Virginia.  She loved reading and gardening.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, Orville Clevenger and Nellie Satterfield; her spouse of 45 years, Edward W. Offutt, Jr.; her daughters, Wanda Bullock, and Fonda Rowan; and her grandson, John W. Faulkner, III.

She is survived by her children, Charles Rowan (Dottie), Gary Randal Rowan (Cheri), and Sylvia Faulkner;  her siblings, Brad Satterfield  and Maxine Livingston; and her grandchildren, William Rowan, Phillip Rowan, Christina Reach, Eric Bullock, Jason Bullock, Dwain Bullock, James Faulkner, Brandi Smith, Victoria Dorathy, April Rowan Black, Olivia Rowan Chilton, Terrance Rowan, and Stephanie Blair; and her 20 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at Biloxi National Cemetery on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. Due to COVID restrictions, service is for family only.
