He lived his life to the fullest and loved having a good time.
William is remembered and celebrated by his beloved wife, Catherine Wiles, with whom he shared 59½ years of marriage. He leaves behind children Robert B. Wiles (Connie), and Elizabeth A. He is survived by brothers Reggie Smith, Dondi Beltran, and Greg Costa; sisters Elnora Sisie Flowers, Bonnie Stone, and Kim Evans; as well as sisters-in-law Carol Tucker and Patricia Taylor, brother-in-law Albert Taylor, and many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. He is also survived by his best friend of over 50 years, Dwight Cranford, of Beebe, Arkansas, who would travel several times a year to visit.
