Bill Mosley Jr., a father, brother, grandfather, son, and friend stepped into eternity at the age of 62 on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 3:29PM. From childhood, Bill Jr. was a fun-loving and generous soul who loved to entertain us all and unroll a good story, making us all laugh until tears ran down our faces. A bit rebellious at times, he was an out-of-the-box thinker who was also unique and spiritual. For most of Bill Jr.'s life, he lived on the Coast, but also spent time in Houston, Texas becoming a part of the Katy Freeway "pump & jam" traffic. He adored his daughter and only child, Carole. She was his life, he lived for her. The soul tie they shared was indescribable, special to say the very least. Their personalities were ingrained into one another, twin flames. Carole recalls, "Dad loved softball season for me as a child. He was at every game cheering me on, never staying seated. He always made sure his shirt color matched that of my team color." Growing up on the Coast, Bill loved being on the water and spending days with family and friends boating and donning his infamous "swim trunks", a pair of cut off jean shorts. His last fishing trip was with his nephew, William, who he always considered a beloved son. Bill Jr.'s memory will forever be kept alive by those who loved and cherished him, for eternity. Thank you to all who loved, befriended, supported, and cared for Bill Jr. during his beautiful time here on Earth.
Loved ones who welcomed Bill Jr. home to Heaven include parents, Bill Sr. and Norma Mosley, Nanny and Pawpaw Madden, Uncle Perry and Betty Sue Madden, Glenn Madden, Uncle Tom Mosley, Jack and Vera Minyard, Kenneth and Vel Layton, and many beloved friends lost over the years.
