William """"Will"""" Douglas Morgan, age 56 and a resident of Pass Christian, died on Saturday, June 20, 2009, in Malongo, Angola (Africa).
Mr. Morgan was a resident of the MS Gulf Coast for the past 30 years. He served in the United States Marine Corps and attended Michael Memorial Baptist Church in Gulfport. Will worked for Tenneco & Chevron for the past 33 years, and at the time of his death, he was a construction foreman in Malongo, Cabinda, Angola (Africa). Will also had a love for golf.
Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel E. Sr., & Dorothy Mae Morgan.
He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Glenda (Faye) Morgan of Pass Christian; his daughter, Daphne (Necaise) Hundl of Gulfport; his brother, Ernie Morgan, Jr., and his sister, Claudia Polanik, both of Big Spring, TX; his grandchildren, Justin, Jordan, Jaden, and Jaleigh Hundl and his great grandchild, Braylen Hundl, all of Gulfport.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. at Michael Memorial Baptist Church, 15053 John Clark Road in Gulfport, where friends may visit two hours prior to the service.
