William Todd Lander

Todd Lander, 39 and a resident of Lizana, went to meet his maker on march 6, 2010.
He was born February 6, 1971, and was a 1989 graduate of Harrison Central High School.
Todd was a longtime jockey and had a love for all animals. Todd was a father figure to many. His love ran deep for Shaylyn Benefield, Laurel Ladner, Colton and Easton Farley, Emily Ward, Ellee O'Neil, Cody Ladner, Natalie Lander, and Adalyn Snell. He touched the lives of many and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Todd was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wallace and Maggie Saucier and Reverend P. W. and Rachel Lander.
He is survived by his daughter, Rileigh Lander; his parents, Darnell and Ellis Lander; his brother, Shane Lander; and his beloved and faithful dog, Raven.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd., Gulfport, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2010, at 2:00 PM at Campground Baptist Church, on Highway 53 in Gulfport.
Burial will follow at Wolf River Cemetery.
