William Joe Goff, age 94 of Pass Christian, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.
Joe was a native of Waynesboro, MS and retired in 1989, after being employed by several Bell System companies, including AT&T.
He was preceded in death by his father, William H. Goff; his mother, Olive E. Goff; and his sister, Dorthy Engle.
Joe is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Myrtle Wood Goff; his children, William “Steve” Goff (Phyllis Martin Goff), Leslie Goff (Sarah Morgan Goff), and Sharon Goff Drescher (Steve Drescher); his grandchildren, William “Juston” Goff, Steven M. Goff, and Brandon Drescher; his great granddaughter, Acadianna Goff; his nephews, Bill Engle and Mike Engle; his niece, Jeanne Engle; and his cousins, Hub Jackson and Linda Gail Williams.
He was a 33° Mason, active with Shriners, Scottish Rite, and York Rite. Joe was a member of First Baptist Church, Long Beach and a member of the Scottish Rite Lodge of Gulfport.
Joe loved working and entertaining at his camp on Johnson Bayou.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at Riemann Family Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, February 16, at the funeral home chapel, followed by interment at Evergreen Cemetery.
