William Dubuisson

William E. Dubuisson, Jr, (Dub), was born July 8, 1918 to William Edgar Dubuisson, Sr and Myrtle Dickson Dubuisson and passed away on Wednesday, December 22. 2010.
He was an only child, but married into a family of 12 children when he married Gladys McClellan on April 6, 1943. They had three girls, Lynda, Terrie, and Cheryl. Dub and Gladys are members of New Hope Baptist Church, Gulfport.
Dub attended city schools and entered the U.S. Air Force where he served as a gunnery sergeant after graduating from high school. After his discharge in 1945, he was employed by Ingalls Shipyard for two years and then was employed by Sterling Drugs as a mechanic. He was appointed to the position of Packaging Supervisor on September 1, 1966 and retired from Sterling in 1983.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Lynda.
A kind, loving husband and a wonderful daddy, he is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Gladys, and his daughters, Terrie Skelton and her husband, Tim, and Cheryl Dubuisson; and his beloved dog Tex.
We wish to thank Kare In Home Heath Services and Gulf Coast Hospice for their wonderful, loving care of Dub.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 27, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, where family and friends may visit from 11:00 AM until service time. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Gulfport.
