William Edward Choppin, age 58 and a resident of Gulfport, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2008, in Gulfport.
Mr. Choppin proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1968 until 1972.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Margret and Victor Louis Choppin, Jr. Survivors include his siblings, Evelyn Choppin (Claude) Solanas, of Morgan Hill, CA, Paul Victor Choppin of Houston, TX, and Barbara Choppin (Royce) Henry, of Metarie, LA; he is also survived by his niece Tracy Solanas, and nephew Jeffrey Solanas.
A Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday, November 12, 2008, at 10:00 AM at Holy Rosary Church, 3368 Esplanade Ave., New Orleans, LA. A visitation will be one hour prior to mass.
The RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Gulfport, assisted the family with arrangements.
