William served in the United States Army where he received the Good Conduct Medal. He was also a retired salesman.
Graveside services were held on Thursday, April 7, 2011, at 10:00 am at Biloxi National Cemetery, where military honors were rendered by the United States Army Honor Guard.
The Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport, assisted with funeral arrangements.
