William Chandler Alexander passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at his home in Long Beach, Mississippi. Chandler was born on July 24, 1972, and was raised in Glenn Springs, South Carolina.
Chandler loved to travel with his work and through his travels, he found the perfect place to call home, Long Beach, Mississippi. He loved his home and yard, which became his favorite hobbies, and his beloved neighbors became family.
He is survived by his mother, Rita Eubanks; his dearest friends, Madora and Eddie Zimmerman; and his beautiful and constant friends who supported and cheered him on during his lengthy battle with cancer.
Chandler was predeceased by his father, Tommy Alexander.
Chandler’s ashes will be scattered at sea and buried beside his beloved grandmother, Ruby Eubanks at the Glenn Springs Presbyterian Church in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Services will be held in South Carolina on Sunday, May 5, 2024, at 2 p.m. and a Celebration of Life will be held in Long Beach, Mississippi on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at a time and location to be determined.
