Willace Pennell

Willace O. “Billy” Pennell, Jr., age 75, of Woolmarket, passed away on August 22, 2020 in Gulfport.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willace Orvy Pennell, Sr. and Leila Mae Carmack Pennell; a brother, Jack Pennell; and 3 sisters, Phyllis Davis (Wayne), Mary Hawkins, and Arlin Dobbins.

He is survived by his son, Trey O. Pennell (Renee), and his daughter, Corey Pennell; his grandchildren, Will Pennell, Katie Pennell, Kimberly Pennell, Kayla Pennell, and Lauren Pennell; 2 great-grndchildren, Jaxson Pennell and Shae Bostwick; his 3 siblings, Martha Nell Paul, Robert Pennell, and Ida Karen Pennell; and his nieces and nephews, Kellye Weinhoffer, Kirsten Crawford, Brent Pennell, Woody Dobbins, Jill Maddox, and Denise Cantrell.

He enjoyed cruises, traveling in motor homes, Cruzin the Coast, car races, antique cars, antique car shows, and boating.

A visitation will be on Friday, August 28, 2020, from 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, Long Beach. A graveside service will be held at 2 pm in Long Beach City Cemetery.
