Wayne Langley

Funeral Services for Mr. Wayne Lavelle Langley, 79, of Three Creeks Community, Arkansas, will be held Monday, December 31, 2018, at Bailey's Funeral Home in Springhill, La. The family will receive friends at Bailey's funeral home from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and a Military Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel of Bailey's Funeral Home with Reverend Randy Sceroler officiating. Burial will be at Old Sarepta Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of Springhill, La.

Mr. Langley went to be with the Lord on December 26, 2018 at his residence in Pass Christian, Ms. He was born in Union County, Arkansas on July 18, 1939 to the late Louis Franklin Langley and Mary Lou Murray Langley. Mr. Langley served his country in the Unites States Navy from 1957 - 1977, earning the rank of QMC-1 E7. Mr. Langley was a member of North Long Beach Baptist Church, Long Beach, MS.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, LaJuana Tilley Langley, son Paul Langley, sisters Violet Marie Langley Wilson and Belle Marguerite Langley Boutwell.

Mr. Langley is survived by his children: Dennis Langley and wife Cathy Langley of Raleigh, NC.,
Stephen Langley and wife Sheila Langley of New Orleans, La., Christopher Langley and wife Roberta Langley of MD., Grandchildren: Amanda Lemont and Brandon Langley, Great Grandchildren: Lily Lemont and Bella Lemont. His wife of 6 years, Glenda Cobb Langley and her children: Debbie Sceroler of Tx, Sherri Brady of Ms., and Tobin Cobb of La. Sisters: Ruth Mae Langley Tibbs of Arkansas, Dorothy Lou Langley Loftin of Arkansas, Zera Joyce Langley of Arkansas and Brothers: Louie Delton Langley of Arkansas and Larry James Langley of Texas.

The family would like to express appreciation to Notre Dame Hospice Care and caregivers, Millie Toups and Melissa Norman for the loving support and care provided to Mr. Langley.
