Wanda Walker

Wanda Sue Walker, age 61, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 surrounded by family at her home in Pass Christian, MS. She was born in New Orleans, LA on May 1, 1958.

She worked as a medical assistant under Dr. Joubert at Ochsner Baptist for six years.

Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, William Jr. and Laura Mae, her brother, William (Billy) III, and her granddaughter, Saliyah.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas III; four of her siblings, Barbara, Louise, Debra (Avery), and Robert; her children, Thomas IV and Amanda; her in-laws William and Vennie; one godchild, Amber; many nieces and nephews; and ten grandchildren, Kristian, Dantaye, Thomanika, Romero, Joseph, Delvion, Jelata, Gregory, London, and Serenity.

Wanda’s family would like to thank Mrs. Brandi Hess and hospice nurse Denise for all their care and support during this difficult time. Wanda will be sadly missed by her family and her innumerable friends.
