Wanda Brown

Wanda Joyce Clutts Brown, age 68, of Gulfport, MS, passed away on January 14, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Larry R. Brown; her parents, T.W. Clutts and Gladys Clutts; and a sister, Marilyn Clutts Carpenter.

She is survived by her son, Brandon Chase Brown and his wife, Kristen G. Brown; a grandson, Caleb Chase Brown; 2 sisters-in-law, Lois Brown Benefield and Lisa B. Threadgill-Simpson (Buddy); many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Brown was a native and longtime resident of Gulfport and was a 1971 graduate of Forrest County Agricultural High School.  She was employed at Checks, Inc for 20 years and V.T. Halter Marine for 30 years.  She enjoyed Barbie doll collecting, classic cars, animals, and spreading joy during the Christmas season.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, from 1 - 2 pm at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Rd., Gulfport.  The funeral service will be at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel.  Interment will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
