Virginia Virgis Wade, 88, of Bay St. Louis, formerly of Houma, LA, died Saturday, September 5, 2009, in Bay St. Louis.
She was a resident of Houma, LA most of her life and was a member of St. Francis de Salles Catholic Church in Houma.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilkin and Edna Sampay, and 4 siblings: Junius Sampay, Roy Sampay, Alverta Pitre, and Joyce Book.
Survivors include her daughter, Dale (John Ridley) Turnage, and 3 grandchildren, Penny (Michael Seaman) Palmer, Denise Daigle, and Steve Turnage.
The funeral service will be 10am Tuesday at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Rd. Visitation will be from 9 - 10 am. A graveside service will be held at 2pm at Oakvale Cemetery in Collins, MS.
