Virginia Louise Griffin Pavolini, age 93, passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017.
Mrs. Pavolini was born in Niceville, FL, to Levi and Ellen Nichols Griffin. She was retired from the Pass Christian School District where she was a dietician and cafeteria supervisor. Mrs. Pavolini was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dedeaux.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Pavolini, Jr.; her parents; brothers, Fairon Griffin and Medford Howell; and her great granddaughter, Haley Ladner.
Mrs. Pavolini leaves behind her loving children, Thomas (Amy) Pavolini of Bay St. Louis, Janie (Kerman) Ladner of Kiln, Dianne Ladner of Pass Christian, Forrest "Joe" Pavolini of Pass Christian; brother, Vern Griffin of Niceville, FL; 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dedeaux, from 11:00am-1:00pm.
Mass of Christian burial will follow at 1:00pm, with commital at Delisle Cemetery.
