Virginia Ann Chinsley Conner

Virginia Chinsley Conner, age 77 and a resident of Long Beach, died on Sunday, October 7, 2012, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Conner was a proud Navy wife and traveled around the world with her husband for 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George J. Chinsley and Anna North Pumphrey and her husband, RADM Donald Lee Conner, Sr.
Mrs. Conner is survived by her children, Donald Lee ""Skip"" Conner, Jr. of Westminster, MD, Anne Conner (Keith) Davis of Long Beach, and Jeffrey Scott (Joyce) Conner of Seattle, WA; her brother, George Richard Chinsley of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Erin Marie Conner, Robert Lee Conner, Jerry ""Jay"" (Mandy) Levens, Jr., Andrew North (Stacey) Levens, Virginia Levens (Scott) Brown, Emma Leigh Conner, and Caleb Scott Conner and her great granddaughter, Ava Jaye Levens.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held at the U.S. Naval Academy Cemetery in Annapolis, MD at a later date.
