Violetta Faye

Mrs. Violetta Ladner Faye, age 80 of Pass Christian, died on Monday, December 25, 2006 in Gulfport. Mrs. Faye was a native of Harrison County and a lifelong resident of Rotten Bayou Road. She was a member of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Faye is preceded in death by her parents, John B. Ladner, Sr. & Lelia Redmond Ladner; a son, Wascom Faye; a daughter, Charlotte Faye Graham and a brother, John B. Ladner, Jr.
She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Charles L. Faye, Sr., of Pass Christian; her sons, Charles Faye, Jr. of Alabama, Dale Faye of Waveland, Harvey Faye, Morris Faye, and Kenny Faye all of Pass Christian; her daughter, Diane Virden of Pineville Community; her brother, J.D. Ladner of Pass Christian; her sisters, Hilda Hayden of Pass Christian and Rita Reeves of Arkansas; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2006 from 6-8pm at the Riemann family's GULF COAST FUNERAL HOME, Kiln-DeLisle Road Chapel.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 29, 2006 at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Rotten Bayou Cemetery and an online guestbook may be signed at www.gulfcoastfh.com.
