Violet J. Bridge, age 77, of Biloxi passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2008 in Gulfport.
Mrs. Bridge was a member of Big Ridge Baptist Church in Biloxi and a retired school teacher from St. Martin North Elementary.
She is preceded in death by her husband or 32 years, Harold L. Bridge; five brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by her children, Donna Johnson of Wiggins, and Frances Fessler (Robert) of Biloxi; three brothers, Walter Howard, Jr. of Mathis, TX, Harvey and Q. C. Howard of Purvis; three sisters, Ann Howard Chambers of Moss Point, Lois Howard Hoffer and Rae Howard Carpenter of Hattiesburg, MS; grandchildren, Emily Brown (Jason), Stephanie Johnson, Brandon Fessler, Brooke Fessler; and special friend, Steve Grasich.
Visitation wil be held from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday, February 1, 2008 at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 2, 2008 in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Roseland Park Cemetery in Hattiesburg, MS at noon.
