Vera Hall

Vera Ophelia Hall, age 64, of Gulfport, was called home to rest with our Lord on Saturday, September 12, 2009.
She was a native of Shelby, MS and was a 1963 graduate of Shelby High School. She moved to the coast in 1967 and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church, Gulfport.
Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Farren Elizabeth Hall, her parents, Verna Ragland Bailey and Willie Ragland, and a sister, Shirley Ann Ragland.
Survivors include her children, Lisa Hall (Mike) Kowalski, of Woolmarket and Greg (Nancy) Hall of Long Beach, 4 siblings, Evon (Sam) Floyd, LA, Pat (David) Kelly, Tupelo, MS, Fran (Luther) Turner, Eupora, MS, and Leon (Betty Sue)Ragland, Clarksdale, MS, and 1 grandson, Gannon Hall.
The funeral service will be 11 am Wednesday at the First Assembly of God Church, Gulfport where friends may visit from 10 - 11am.
Interment will be in Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens.
