Mrs. Webb was born in Japan to Shinosuke Yabe and Maki Tanaguchi on June 23, 1930.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her daughter, Mistuko Inoue; sisters-in-law, Yevonne Gunter, Levoy Cullins, and Yetieve McGee; grandchildren, Rhonda Davis and Merryellen Helms; great grandchildren, Aidan Alexander Philipson and Brittany Davis.
RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi, is helping the family with cremation arrangements.
