Tyler Austin Phillips, age 30, resident of Gulfport, died, Thursday, July 5, 2007 in Gulfport.
Tyler was a resident of the coast most of his life. He graduated from St. John High School in 1995 and was a member of St. John Catholic Church. He worked as a personal trainer and had a passion for fitness. No one was a stranger to him and he loved his nieces and nephews.
Tyler was preceded in death by his father, Larry Wayne Phillips; grandmother, Ida Mae Eubanks and an uncle, Carl Austin Eubanks.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Annette and Gary Seymour; a sister Heather Lynn Phillips of Gulfport; niece, Aaliyah Daughtery; nephew, Rico Daughtery; grandmother, Nell Phillips of Laurel and numerous other relatives, friends, aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 8, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at THE RIEMANN FAMILY'S Gulf Coast Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, July 9, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Gulfport.
