Tracy Dubuisson Hansen

Tracy Dubuisson Hansen, age 53, of Saucier, passed away Friday, April 5, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Beth Greer; and her brother, Lamar Seals.

Tracy is survived by her husband of 31 years, Danny Hansen, Jr.; her father, Tommy Greer; her children, Zach Hansen (Bailey) and Kaleigh Hansen (Jordan); her siblings, Phyllis Seals, and Bernard Dubuisson (Connie); her sister-in-law, Martha Seals; her grandchild, Zane Hansen; her nieces, Rachel Lacy and Marcie McGill (Jarod); her nephews, Matt Lacy (Wendy) and Deven Dubisson (Zandra); and her fur babies, Daisy and Chester.

Tracy graduated from Harrison Central High School (Class of 1988) and William Carey University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education. Tracy was on the Dean’s list at William Carey University. She was employed at Long Beach School District and was a teacher for 30 years. Tracy loved cooking, being a Christian, and spending time with family, especially her grandson, Zane.

We want to thank our family, her friends, and most importantly, her students. Her students were a big part of what made her love teaching. She was known for having a big heart, a wild sense of humor, and a quick wit. She was also known for her one liners and always knowing what to say at any given moment. She will be remembered for the way she would light up a room with her kind heart and sense of humor. She was loved and respected by many. She was very stylish and had an amazing fashion sense.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach.  The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM in the chapel, followed by interment at Finley Cemetery.
