Tommy Tarver

Tommy Gunn Tarver, age 19, of Pass Christian, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmothers, Virginia Myers and Vickey Cline.
Tommy is survived by his mother, Brandy McCurley (Merlin Castleberry); his father, Thomas C. Tarver (Dawn) of Defuniak Springs, FL; his sisters, Brenna Tarver of Baton Rouge, LA, Taylor Tarver of Pass Christian, and Autumn Tarver of Natchitoches, LA; and his paternal grandmother, Helen Eldridge of Defuniak Springs, FL.
Tommy was soon to graduate from Pass Christian High School, class of 2021. He was often referred to as the "class clown" because he was so good at making people laugh. He was an avid fisherman and spent much of his time in the outdoors. One of his favorite pastimes was playing video games on his X-Box.
He attended Westville Pentecostal Church in Westville, FL. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, and friend.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 with a visitation starting at 1:00 p.m. for family and friends. Burial will follow at Finley Cemetery, Gulfport.
