Mrs. Tommie Lou Jones, 68, of Gulfport, MS, passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 in Gulfport.
Visitation will be Friday, May 2, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport. The Funeral Service, officiated by Rev. James Dykes, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport.
The family will also plan a memorial service to be held at a later date in Greenville.
Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her mother and father, Willie and Lee Snider; two sisters, Bonnie and Faye; and three brothers, Tommy, Charlie and Clemmon.
Survivors include her husband, David Jones, Sr.; son, Danny (Susan) Dycus; daughters, Teresa (Buster) Jones and Missy (Robert) Vest; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Jones was a resident of Dresden, TN and was a former long-time resident of Greenville. While in Greenville, she was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
