Tina McLuckie

Tina Marie McLuckie, 60, of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018, at Ocean Springs Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on May 16, 1958, in Kenosha, WI, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Dorthea (Bloom) Travanty.  She was educated in local schools.
On November 16, 1999, she married Michael James McLuckie in Kenosha.
Tina was employed as a dietary cook at Gardens Assisted Living Center in Ocean Springs and was even awarded the "Gardens' HERO" in December of 2017.  She enjoyed cooking for her family, and spending time with them, preferably in the warm sun on the beach.
Tina is survived by her husband, Mike, of Ocean Springs; her daughter, Heather (Gregory) Lembke of Eau Claire, WI; two step-sons, David (Christine) Luckie of Colorado and Daniel McLuckie of Ocean Springs; a step-daughter, Laura (John) Peterson of Kenosha; six grandchildren, Alicia, Evelyce, Elleah, Tristan, Zoey, and Dexter; and one great-grandchild, Vera.  She is further survived by her four siblings, David Winker, Cindy (Sid) Patrick, Carol Winker, and Harold (Sharon) Travanty; and nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Funeral services for Tina were held privately.  There will be a benefit in Tina's honor on Sunday, Novemeber 11 ^th , at Rumours Lounge, 3540 Bienville Blvd, Ocean Springs, MS 39564, at 2:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations made to Michael McLuckie, 302 Woodward Drive, Ocean Springs, MS, 39564, would be appreciated by her family.
