Timothy Donald Taylor

d. October 11, 2012

Timothy Donald Taylor, son of Don and Mary Lee Taylor, passed away on October 11, 2012 at the age of 47. The Taylor and Meadows family mourns the loss of a sweet, kind, and very beloved member of the family.
He tricked, teased, befriended, loved and was a huge source of inspiration with those whom he shared his life. He was kind, generous, and extremely devoted to those he shared his life with. Timmy made long lasting friendships with those he met and even thought of some as his own children.
Tim and Rachel had a bond that could not be broken and they enjoyed many a good times. Rachel and Timmy enjoyed listening to Jazz and Blues and oh did they enjoy the beach. Timmy and Rachel would have been married except that Cancer got in the way. Timmy did not want to burden Rachel with these problems but they shared their time together and Rachel would not leave his side when he was sick. They may not have been married in a chapel but they were married in heart.
Timmy had no children of his own but that did not prevent him from loving Steve Englund as if he were his son. Erin Meadows was the daughter he never had but he taught her some of his magic, which he would not even share with his brothers. Erin accepted Timmy as her second father and Timmy loved her as his own.
Timmy came to this area after Hurricane Katrina and helped to rebuild this community by installing the glass in many of the businesses, as he would point out to any who would listen. Timmy was very well liked by many in the community.
He is remembered by many in his family who was part of his magic shows and had swords placed in their heads or were just treated to the wonderful tricks that he would perform. Timmy leaves behind his Mother, Mary Lee Taylor, and his brothers, Clete Williams, Tom Taylor, and Todd Taylor. Rest in Peace little brother you put up a heroic fight.
