Timothy Sutherlin, age 50 and a resident of Pass Christian, died Monday, January 4, 2010 in New Jersey where he had been working.
Tim was a native of New Orleans and grew up in Pass Christian. He worked at Turan Foley and Mandels and was the owner and operator of TimaÌ‚â‚â„¢s Catfish House.
He was preceded in death by his father, Marlin D. Sutherlin. Survivors include his mother, Wanda Joyce Sutherlin; his son, Timothy Sutherlin, Jr.; sister, Charlotte Zimmerman; brothers, Marlin D. Sutherlin, Jr., Patrick D. Sutherlin and Mike E. Sutherlin; and his nieces & nephews, Patrick D. Sutherlin Jr., Melissa Sutherlin, Stacey Sutherlin and Amie Zimmerman.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 9, 2010 from 2:30 until 4:00 p.m. at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Road, Pass Christian. The funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be private for family at Live Oak Cemetery. The online guestbook may be signed at www.riemannfamily.com.
