Mr. Thurston C. Hendry, age 60, resident of Gulfport, passed away on Wednesday, June 23, 2010, in Gulfport.
Mr. Hendry worked for 40 years at Coast Electric Power Association as Serviceman Supervisor. He had a great passion and love for classic cars. The Hendry family would like to express their deepest appreciation to the staff on the 4th floor, C Wing, of Memorial Hospital at Gulfport for their loving care.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thurston Hendry, Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Hendry; children, Felicha, Heather, and Treye; sisters, Patty Sue Baker and Jackie Saucier; grandchildren, Lexie Morreale, Baylee Hendry, and McKenna Hendry; other extended family; and his very special canine companion, Tucker.
Mr. Hendry had chosen anatomical donation to medical science.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2010, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, at 3 p.m. Friends are invited to visit two hours prior to services.
