Thomas Charles "Tommy" Stepp

Thomas ""Tommy"" Charles Stepp, age 61 and a resident of Long Beach, died on Thursday, April 17, 2014, in Long Beach.
Mr. Stepp was a native of Mobile, AL and was a longtime resident of the Gulf Coast. He retired from the Long Beach Fire Department as a Battalion Chief and also as a Fire Chief of the Air National Guard. Tommy was an active drummer for many years. He was also President of the Firefighters Motorcycle Club.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Warren Stepp; his brother, Douglas Allen Stepp, and his second wife, Patricia Bates Stepp.
Tommy is survived by his mother, Melba D. Arnold Stepp; his first wife, Sandra Ann Ford Stepp; his son, Joel Michael Stepp; his stepdaughter, Sandra Michelle Ford; his stepson, Jack Bowell, and three grandchildren, Destin Michael King, Jade Adara Stepp, and Samara Rae Stepp.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at 4pm at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
