Thelma J. Price, age 93 a resident of Long Beach passed away October 29, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Price owned Price's Beauty Shop in downtown Gulfport for over 50 years, she retired at 89 years of age, and she was always dedicated to her work and patrons. She was a lifelong member of Long Beach Church of Christ. She loved her family and her church family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Suda Hart Jordan, her husband, of 49 years, Harry Joseph Price, and eight siblings.
She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2007 from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at THE RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19128 Commission Road in Long Beach.
Funeral services will be Friday, November 2, 2007 at the Long Beach Church of Christ, 200 N. Cleveland Avenue, at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Gulfport.
