Tammy Beatrice Stiglet Meeks, age 49, resident of Gulfport, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2011.
Ms. Meeks was born May 21, 1961 in Gulfport. She was a lifelong resident of the Coast and was the former co-owner of An-Jac's Restaurant in Gulfport. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, and will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry T., Sr. and Martha Louise LassabeStiglet; daughter, Amanda Jean Stiglet; and brothers, Henry T. Stiglet, Jr., John E. Stiglet.
She is survived by her son, David Billingsley, Jr. (Amanda) of Gulfport; her daughter, Megan Meeks of Gulfport; her sister, Lora Stiglet of Bay St. Louis; and three grandchildren, Hunter, Hannah, and Hayden Billingsley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 1, 2011, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 229 W. Second Street, Pass Christian, MS, where friends may visit from 1-3 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. at New Delisle Cemetery, Ballpark Road.
