Tammy Elkins

Tammy Lynn Hogue-Elkins, age 52, of Biloxi, passed away in her home on December 9, 2021.

Tammy was a native of California and a resident of Biloxi, Mississippi.  She received her associates degree in premed.  She started working at a convenient store then after hard work she became an ER nurse Technician at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport.  She loved to read, and crochet.  After her accident she took up Dimond art and making jewelry.  She loved the Tennessee Titans and watching wrestling, The Rock was her favorite.  She was known as the Taminator.

Tammy was preceded in death by her dad, David Alan Hogue, Sr., her grandpa, Harry Hunt; her grandma, Mildred Hunt; her niece, Kandice Kaye Hogue; her great niece, Baylie Marie Kimmel; and her great nephew, Ryder Kimmel.

Tammy is survived by her husband of fifteen years, Mannix Elkins; her mother, Lynda Kaye Hogue; her children, Britnie Elkins, Steven Elkins, Jorden Elkins, Michael Hogue, Lynda Hogue, Brooklynn Nicole Elkins (niece/adopted daughter), and Justin James Kimmel (nephew/adopted son); her siblings, David Hogue, Jr., Alan Hogue Sr., Stephanie Hogue, and Penny Hogue; her grandchildren, Regan Elizabeth Evans, and Wyatt Elkins; her nieces and nephews, Tiffany Lynn Hogue, Ronald Alan Hogue, Alan Edward Hogue, Jr., Bryson Mahone, Kajun Hogue, Benjamin Hogue, Ashleigh Hogue, Hades Hogue, David Alan Hogue, III, and Damien Hogue.

Tammy was a real family patriarch and according to her husband the best woman in the whole world.
