Tammy Louise Garner

Tammy Louise Garner, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and friend, passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 47. She was born on January 19, 1976, at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi, to Patricia Ann Day Garner and Raymond Mikel Garner.

Tammy loved nothing more than being at home on her couch with her beloved cat Milo. Despite not having much, she found joy in the simple things in life. She had an immense love for her parents and appreciated everything they had done for her. Tammy was extremely proud of her daughter, who had grown into a remarkable woman and mother. She adored her grandson Bronx and enjoyed sharing stories about him with anyone who would listen. While Tammy had many jobs over the years, she always returned to her roots of cutting hair. She was particularly fond of her recent work family at Sport Clips in Ocean Springs and often expressed how content she was there. Tammy was an exceptional mother to Brittany and instilled in her the importance of always doing your best, which was more than enough at the end of the day.

Tammy is preceded in death by her son, Jordan Andrew Adams. She is survived by her daughter, Brittany Nicole Rodriguez, her grandson, Bronx Ray Rodriguez, her siblings, Pamela Marie Bowen, and Edward Earl Garner, as well as her parents, Patricia Ann Day Garner and Raymond Mikel Garner.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, from 5-7 PM, at Riemann Family Funeral Home located at 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503.

Tammy will always be remembered for her unwavering love and devotion to her family. Her kind and caring nature will be missed by all who knew her.
