Tahnell B. Stone, age 88, of Gulfport, passed away on May 26, 2014.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Burleson, a sister, Angeline Shakett, and her parents, Otis and Betsy Burleson.
Survivors include her sons, Max Stone and Kevin Stone, 2 granddaughters, Brandi Stone, and Barbara Stone Avery, and 3 great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Stone lived most of her life on the coast and was a member of First United Methodist Church, Long Beach. She enjoyed painting and was a well known artist.
Private services will be held at a later date.
