Sylvia Dean

Mrs. Sylvia D. Dean, age 80, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2010.
She lived in Gulfport Mississippi most of her adult life. She was a self employed business woman and retired after 30 successful years as a beautician.
Mrs. Dean was fun-loving and was involved in various social and civic
organizations. While living in Natchez Mississippi for a short while, she was a volunteer
tour hostess for the Natchez Historical Society. She was a women of many
interest and unbounded energy. She was of the Catholic faith.
Mrs. Dean was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. and Marie Nettles; sister, Billie Smith; and brother, John Carlton Nettles.
Survivors include her daughter, Charlotte D. LeBlanc and husband, Chet of Bay St. Louis; son, John C. Dean of Gulfport; 6 grandchildren, Angelique Michele Baylor and husband, Brent, David Michael LeBlanc and wife, Shannon, Alexis Nicole Dean, Nicholas Austin Dean, Kimberly Renee Dean and Jason Colton Dean; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Friends are invited to join the Dean family for a Memorial Service at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 15, 2010 at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport.
