Suzanne DeJarnatt, a beloved figure known for her dedication to helping others in both the medical field and customer service, passed away on August 13, 2024 in Gulfport, Mississippi. She was born on March 8, 1955, in Denison, Texas, to the late Ralph and Bessie DeJarnatt where she spent her earlier days before eventually making a lasting impact in various communities throughout her life.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Rose DeJanatt Glass and her brothers, Bill DeJarnatt and Tommy DeJarnatt.
Suzanne is survived by her son, Rodney Malone, Jr., and his wife, Kristi, of Ft. Worth, Texas, as well as her daughter, Kadey King, and her husband, Garrison, of Sherman, Texas. She was a loving grandmother to Harley, Harper, and Hudson Malone of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Henry King of Sherman, Texas.
In addition to her family, Suzanne leaves behind a long-time friend and roommate, Robin Thompson, who shared many cherished memories and experiences with her over the years.
Those who had the privilege of knowing Suzanne will remember her as a dedicated and compassionate individual who made a positive impact on the lives of those around her. She will be deeply missed but her spirit will live on through the memories and values she instilled in all who knew her.
May Suzanne DeJarnatt rest in peace, knowing that her legacy of kindness and service will continue to inspire others for years to come.
A celebration of life will be held later.
