Susie M. Morris, age 86, of Pass Christian, passed away on April 24, 2008 in Pass Christian.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Morris; her parents, James Lindsey and Mary P. Lindsey; her brothers, Edward Lindsey, Arnold Lindsey, Walter Lindsey, Cecil Lindsey, and Alfred Earl Gunter; and her sisters, Martha Hampton and Mary Gunter.
Mrs. Morris is survived by her husband of 69 years, Monroe Morris, of Pass Christian; her children, Venita Manning and her husband, Robert, of Pass Christian, William 'Bill' Morris and Carol Fairley and her husband, Richard, all of Morrisville, IN; her sister, Marie Wells, and her brother, Edward Gunter, both of Indianapolis, IN; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was of the Methodist faith and loved sewing, quilting, guitar, and singing.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 3:00 PM at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens.
