Susan "Dianne" Skok

Susan “Dianne” Skok, daughter of the late Raymond Alex Bracknell and Ethel Marie Bracknell (Woods), was born December 3, 1954, in Gulfport, Mississippi. She passed away peacefully on August 27, 2024, in her home.

She is survived by her husband, Albert Henry Skok; her four children, Brian Skok (Stephanie), Bradley Skok (Brittany), Christopher Skok (Andie), and Cassandra Carl (Mark); her siblings Alice Weideman (Rick), and Ramona Howard (Ronnie); and her sister-in-law, Peggy Bracknell. She leaves behind her most prized treasures, her grandchildren, Presley, Elizabeth Jane, Sydney, Grayson, Brooklyn, Ella, Luke, Collins, and Lincoln who loved her dearly. Dianne will reunite with her brothers, Jarvis Bracknell and Steve Bracknell (Sharon); and her precious grandsons, Christopher River and James Reed Skok.

Dianne was involved in the Harrison County PTA from the late 80’s to the early 2000s and all things that related to her children’s education. She really enjoyed Mardi Gras and was always on a parade route or riding in a float. Dianne is remembered as the life of the party! The party always started when she walked in the door. She loved all sports, but baseball was her favorite. She enjoyed watching the Hallmark Channel and watching Christmas movies. The family would like to thank Shilo Clark for being their mother’s caregiver for 9 years.

A gathering will be 10:00 am – 11:00 am, Friday, August 30, 2024, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, Gulfport.
