Susan Northrop

Susan Kay Northrop, age 69 of Saucier, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Briant, Jennings Nelms, Margaret Jeanne Kelly Nelms.

Susan is survived by her spouse of 46 years, Jesse Northrop; her children, Paul William Nelms and Miranda Kay Northrop (Jerrad); her siblings, Kathy Reinike and Kevin Nelms (Mary); and her grandchildren, James Kyle Nelms and Kaylie Jordyn Carroll.

She was a great stay at home mother for most of her life. Susan was a faithful wife, loving mother, and devoted grandmother. She enjoyed the time that she spent with her family and friends. She had love for everyone she knew, and anyone who met her loved her too.

Susan had the sweetest soul and a heart of pure gold.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, December 4, 2020, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, with a visitation from 1:00 PM until the service. Interment will follow at Wolf River Cemetery.
