Steve Walker

Steve Walker, age 90, of Long Beach, passed away on February 8, 2019.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Larry Walker; a sister, Ola Mae Tawanda Wallace; a daughter, Christy Wynette Yvonne Walker Bond; and a son, Steven Wayne Walker.
Survivors include his children, Venus Tawanda Walker, Cochise Cash Walker (Janelle), and TaJuanna Faye Emerson; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Mr. Walker served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Sergeant during the Korean War and later retired from the Ft. Worth Police Department, Ft. Worth, TX.  He later served as a Park Ranger in Lake Worth, TX and he was a Master Tile Setter.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Texas.
