Steve A. """"Dukester"""" Duke, age 56, of Gulfport, passed away on February 27, 2010 in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jamison Duke; his parents, Howard H. Duke and Kathy Wells; his brother, Carl Duke; and his stepfather, Jack Wells.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia A. Duke of Gulfport; his children, Krystle Vinton and her husband, Lewis, of Oregon and Thomas Nelson and his wife, Tami, of Gulfport; two grandchildren, Luke Nelson and Brooklyn Vinton; his uncles, Robert L. Lewis and Henry Lewis, both of Lancaster, CA, and Charles Lewis of Los Angeles, CA; and his aunts, Linda Slater, Shirley Conway, and Margaret Entriken, all of Texas.
He was the owner of Duke's Cabinet Company. He was an avid New Orleans Saints fan, and loved working in the yard and spending time with his grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home chapel.
