Stephen Polotnik, age 72, of Gulfport, passed away on June 15, 2009 in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Gene Polotnik.
He is survived by his daughter, Lisa (Tony) Mosher of Gulfport; two grandchildren, Stephen Tramill and Hogan Polotnik; and a brother, Michael Polotnik-Cohrs.
He was a resident of the Gulf Coast for 25 years; was a graduate of Washington State University; was a chemical engineer and worked overseas with various oil companies; and was a very social person, enjoying the games of pool and bowling.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, June 19, 2009 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport. A procession will leave the funeral home at 11:10 AM for a graveside service at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum at 11:30 AM.
