Stephanie Lynne Hanson, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, passed away on September 7, 2023, in Biloxi, MS. She was born on June 26, 1963, in Pennsylvania to Rosemary Economos and William Economos. Stephanie's warm presence and compassionate nature touched the lives of many throughout her career as a Certified Nursing Aide.
Stephanie attended Ocean Springs High School and developed a strong work ethic and dedication to caring for others. Her passion for healthcare led her to pursue a career as a Certified Nursing Aide, where she provided comfort and support to those in need. Throughout her years of service, Stephanie made a significant impact on the lives of her patients and their families. Her kind-heartedness and unwavering dedication earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and patients alike.
Stephanie loved being a mother above all else. She leaves behind three children – Courtney Landry, Joseph Hanson, and Sarah Hanson – whose lives have been forever enriched by her unconditional love and guidance. Stephanie's nurturing spirit will continue to live on through them as they carry forward the values she instilled in them.
Stephanie also leaves behind two brothers who were an integral part of her life – Christopher Economos and Bill Economos. They shared a strong bond built on love, support, and countless cherished moments. Stephanie's nephews, Marcus Economos and Anthony Economos, were also deeply loved and adored by her.
Stephanie's heart overflowed with joy when she became a grandmother. Her grandchildren – Caityne Landry and Bryce Newbury – were the light of her life. Preceding Stephanie in death are her parents, Rosemary Economos and William Economos, who undoubtedly greeted her with open arms upon her arrival in heaven. Additionally, Stephanie's granddaughter Cailye Landry joined the heavenly realm before her time.
