Mrs. Stella Jane Croal, age 66, resident of Gulfport, was received by the Lord on Friday, July 2, 2010, at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport.
Mrs. Croal was born in New Orleans, LA to Pascal Joseph and Rose Mary Bagala on July 4, 1943.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, John Bagala and Frank Bagala.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years Edward Croal; five children, E.J. Croal, Michael Croal, Theresa Frayer, Katherine Alvarez, and Christopher Croal; brother, Joseph Bagala; and grandchildren, Michael Croal, Jr., Kelsie Croal, Amber Nickels, Emma Frayer, Svannah Croal, Brent Croal, Natalie Croal, Samantha Alvarez, Megan Frayer, Lauren Croal, Haylie Alvarez, and Leah Alvarez.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul, 715 Division Street Biloxi, MS 39530-2209 or St. Jude ChildrenaÌ‚â‚â„¢s Hospital,501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 p.m. on Monday, July 5, 2010, at St. James Catholic Church in Gulfport. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
