Stafford R. ""Coot"" Delancey, age 60, of Biloxi, passed away on October 10, 2011 in Biloxi.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry V. Delancey and Claire Delancey.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Betty Delancey, of Biloxi; his children, Amanda Delancey and Shane Delancey (Kendall), all of Biloxi; a grandson, Ayden Delancey; five sisters; two brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A diehard Saints fan, he coached many youth sports teams over the years. He worked for Louis Smith Construction for many years.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Delancey Cemetery, Woolmarket.
