Sonny Cuevas

Sonny Cuevas, age 73 of Bay St. Louis, passed away October 11, 2019 in Slidell, LA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Norris Cuevas and Daisy Pearl Floyd Cuevas; brother, Elvin Ray Cuevas; sister, Lilly Mae Haas; brother-in-law, Wilbur Joseph Haas, Sr.; son-in-law, Desi Ladner; and girlfriend, Anita Fowler.
Sonny is survived by his daughter, Ola Ladner (Greg) of Necaise Crossing, MS; grandchildren, Tres Ladner (Melysa), Jazmyn Gaude (Jay) both of Necaise Crossing, MS;  great grandchildren, Desli Grace Gaude of Necaise Crossing, MS; nieces, Christy Trammell (Sam), Kathy Necaise (Gary) and Debbie Ivy (Andy); nephew, Tony Cuevas; and numerous great nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family.
He was a self-employed contractor who loved his work.
There will be a visitation for family and friends on Monday, October 14, 2019 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNEARL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd., Pass Christian, MS beginning at 9:00 am until the service at 11:00am. Burial will follow in Necaise Crossing Cemetery.
