SMSGT August Engelhardt (USAF Retired)

August "Lee" L. Engelhardt, 86, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away peacefully surrounded by family on 18 March 2022.

He was born in Medford, WI on 18 August 1935 and was a Korea and Vietnam Veteran, who proudly retired from the U.S. Air Force to live on his beloved Gulf Coast. Lee was a well known antique clock repairman/collector in the local area.

He is the son of the late Archie and Gladys (Goodyear) Engelhardt of Parma, ID.

Lee is survived by his wife, three adult children and many loving grandchildren.

A private family memorial is planned with interment to the Biloxi National Cemetery.

Husband, father, grandfather - Lee will always be loved and remembered in the hearts of those he touched throughout his adventurous life.
