SMSgt Fernando E. Campa

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of SMSgt Fernando E. Campa, U.S. Air Force, Retired, age 81, on March 19, 2025, in Biloxi. Fernando dedicated a significant part of his life to serving his country and was a proud member of the U.S. Air Force. His commitment to service and his community will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Andres and Bertha Campa, as well as his siblings Norma Garcia, Luis Andres, and Patricia Irma McFarland.

Fernando is survived by his loving wife Paula, and his children Mari (Ron) Lonnborg, Carlos Campa, Candice Vinson, Ally (Vince) Amen, and his niece, Denise (Ron) Campbell. He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home located at 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A funeral service will follow at 9:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. The interment will take place at Biloxi National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations in his honor to the USO - United Service Organization.
